Total pedestrian crashes

There were a total number of 46 pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area in 2017 (the most recent year with data available). The 5-year rolling average of pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area has increased from 40.4 in 2014 (2010-2014) to 41.6 in 2017 (2013-2017).

The table and chart below show the historic total pedestrian crashes since 1998 for the municipalities, and from 2005 to 2017 for the urbanized area. Note that the urbanized area boundary, defined in the U.S. Census, changed in 2010.

There were a total number of 40 pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area in 2015, increased by 6 crashes from 34 crashes in 2014. The 5-year rolling average of pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area has been relatively stable in 2014 (40.4) and 2015 (40.6). Neutral rating.

2017 Rating There were a total number of 47 pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area in 2016 (the most recent year with data available), increased by 13 crashes from 34 crashes in 2014. The 5-year rolling average of pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area has been increasing slightly from 40.4 in 2014 to 40.8 in 2016. Negative rating.
2018 Rating There were a total number of 46 pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area in 2017 (the most recent year with data available), an increase of 12 crashes from 34 crashes in 2014. The 5-year rolling average of pedestrian crashes in the urbanized area has increased from 40.4 in 2014 (2010-2014) to 41.6 in 2017 (2013-2017). Negative rating.
